Terms Agreement

These Terms of Service form the agreement between you and Radiavex concerning platform access and usage. By spinning our wheels and playing our games, you accept these terms completely. If any term is unacceptable, please discontinue use.

Platform Character

Radiavex operates as a social entertainment venue providing virtual gaming experiences. All gameplay uses simulated credits without real monetary value. No gambling or real-money transactions take place on this platform.

Age Requirement

Access is limited to adults aged eighteen (18) years or older. Using Radiavex confirms you meet this requirement. We may verify age at any time and restrict access for non-compliant users.

Virtual Credits System

All credits, tokens, and winnings on Radiavex operate as follows:

• They carry zero cash value and cannot become real money
• They cannot be transferred or traded externally
• They may be adjusted or reset by platform administrators
• They exist solely for gameplay entertainment
• They do not constitute tradeable assets or property

User Conduct

Radiavex users agree to:

• Use the platform only for personal entertainment
• Avoid manipulating or exploiting game mechanics
• Refrain from using automated scripts or bots
• Not impersonate staff or other players
• Follow applicable laws in their jurisdiction

Intellectual Property

All Radiavex content—graphics, sounds, animations, and code—is protected property. Users receive limited personal access rights. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.

Service Status

Radiavex is provided without availability guarantees. We may modify, pause, or discontinue features without notice. Maintenance may temporarily affect access.

Liability Limits

To the extent allowed by law, Radiavex is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from platform use. Maximum liability equals amounts paid for access, which for free services is zero.

Terms Changes

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance. Regular review is recommended.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable international law. Disputes will be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
